Mama Masha's kitchen - quick hits - divine shrimp bake


- 10 medium-size shrimp

- 1 apple

- 5 strips of bacon

- 1 small onion

- Rosemary

- Coarse salt to taste


1. Lubricate a small baking pan with butter or spray with cooking spray.

2. Divide shrimp into pairs and wrap each pair in a strip of bacon.

3. Place into the baking pan.

4. Thinly slice the onion and the apple and layer on top of the shrimp.

5. Sprinkle rosemary and coarse salt on top.

6. Pre-heat the oven to 400 deg F and bake 30 minutes.

Serving suggestions:

Serve with pasta, rice or baked potato. Add a salad or some sauteed veggies on the side.
